Founders of Zrii keep quitting. Today Zrii distributors were sent an email from 7 Star Founder Timothy Feuling announcing his resignation from Zrii.

In summary Timothy Feuling's email (featured below) goes on to vent his frustrations at Zrii's lack of growth and lack of follow through with what they say they are going to do.

For all remaining Zrii distributors out there, this has got to be shocking. After the "Jason Domingo" incident and the mass exodus from that... Timothy Feuling resigning from Zrii may be the last nail in the coffin for this fledgling company.

"Hello Zrii Family,

I regret to inform you I have made the firm decision to resign from Zrii as a 7-Star Founding Zrii IE. This was not an overnight decision, but a decision I made my way to over the last few weeks.

I am a FREEDOM FIGHTER and I need to be able to provide those that are seeking time and financial freedom with a strong company with strong leadership, great products, great timing and a great compensation plan and most of all the faith and confidence the company can take us where we want to go. I lost that faith in Zrii.

I want you to know I enjoyed working and playing with every one of you. I value your friendships and I am so blessed to have created such amazing bonds and relationships with so many of you. And for those I didn't get to know, I wish we would have had that time - may our paths cross in the near future.

Though it was difficult for me to make this decision I know with 100% certainty this is the right decision for me and my family. I have found a brand new network marketing company created by distributors for distributors I have tons of faith in and I have decided to join. This is a company where I can put my leadership skills to work and help tens of thousands of people reach the life of their DREAMS or at least create plan b income that will be there for them in bad or marginal times as we have in the economy today. My passion and love is to inspire, to encourage, to support and to lead others to lives of overflowing abundance!

I am sure many of you will wonder why a guy walks away from nearly $100,000/year in bonuses, car allowance and passive income and the Founders Club for life. I joined Zrii on May 12, 2008 and sprinted for Founders Club in 4 months and 19 days - some of you were on that journey with me. I have had over 1,700 people in my organization at one time and have personally enrolled nearly 200 people in my 18 months at Zrii.

I did not sell my Zrii business - I returned it to the company.

As Deepak Chopra says "If you aren't having fun, it isn't worth doing." Well I haven't been having fun for sometime now. I manage to put my "game face" on every day and act as if, but every man has his limits.

I worked diligently daily to reassure every one of you things would get better at Zrii with the back office, with getting your checks on time, with shipping issues, customer service issues, Nutriiveda delays, etc. And I really did believe they would get better. But I was usually met with disappointment in resolution and continued to mount feelings of "lack of integrity" in continuing to tell my team things would get better when they didn't. I really wanted to believe they would.

I pray for you they do get better so all the dreams and inspiration and desires for a better life through your participation with Zrii as a distributor come true. This is such a wonderful product and it deserves to be HUGE.

I cannot continue to promote to people in live meetings, webinars and 3-way calls that we are going to hit momentum. We were once a company of 30-35,000 active distributors/personal consumers and due to major attrition in all of our businesses, I am not even sure if we have 20,000 active distributors and personal consumers company-wide on auto-ship anymore. I believe there have been about 60,000 people who have come and gone and some stayed, but as far as how many active distributors/personal consumers there are - no clue. And we are now 2 full years in business from pre-launch. For me, this doesn't equate to a company that is going to hit momentum thus I can't promote that awesome story anymore.

I had recently heard another liquid nutritional company that started in January 2005 had approximately 350,000 people in the company by the end of thier 2nd year in business. Thus the reason they went through momentum and grew into a company with close to 2 million distributors/personal consumers joining over the last 4 3/4 years.

My faith in Zrii has dwindled down to nothing. Again, I hope they recoup and make all of you very happy. That would make me happy for all of you and for the corporate executives that are working hard to keep all of you happy.

As many of you know I put my heart and soul into my Zrii business every day, working 12-14 hours a day to lead my team and to be there for you so you can have the greatest chance of success and so I can help you get that much closer to living your DREAM life. I have lost my faith in Zrii's ability to recoup from the major attrition we have had over the last 8 months and in thier ability to become one of the greatest MLM's of all time.

Please know I wish every one of you all the success in your present and future endeavors and I feel very priveleged to have gotten to work with everyone of you. May our paths meet sometime in the near future.
